PURPOSE: To obtain a medicinal preparation which is effective for treatments, etc., of psoriasis, osteoporosis, precancerosis symptom and ulcer, and consists of 9-cis- or 13-cis-retinoic acid or acytoretins and a vitamin D derivative as active components. CONSTITUTION: The preparations are prepd. by using the 9-cis- or 13-cis-retinoic acid or an acytoretin or the pharmaceutically usable salts or esters of these acids in combination with the vitamin D derivatives as the active components. The medicinal preparations are prepd. by particularly combining the 9-cis- retinoic acid and calcitriol (i.e., 1α,25-dihydroxy-vitamine D3 ) as the active components. The medicinal preparations are effective for the treatments of the psoriasis, osteoporosis, precancerosis symptom and ulcer as well as for the pathological or undesirable immunnologic reaction; for example, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, allergies or the immunnologic reaction in the transplantation, etc., of a liver, heart, medulla, etc.
