VOICE MAILING SYSTEM

摘要

The method removes a voice mail at every pre-set time automatically according to classified voice mail categories. The method comprises the steps of: (a) increasing a time counter for checking an end of time period to remove voice mails; (b) checking a first mail profile at the end of a removing period; (c) reading profiles from a hard disk and writting profiles on a memory; (d) checking a removing reference time for profiles; (e) clearing the voice mail record and removing the record from a bi-directional linked list; and (f) discriminating that all records in the profile is checked.
