<p>PURPOSE:To prevent maturation or freshness of vegetables contained in a container from being lowered by mounting an ethylene removal unit in the container. CONSTITUTION:A freezing unit 100 is mounted on one end of a container 1 in which a package C of vegetables is contained for forcedly circulating air in the container 1 and simultaneously cooling the inside of the container 1, and a carton type ethylene removal unit 50 connected with the freezing unit 100 through an electrical cable 57 is mounted on the side of a door 45 in the container 1. By use of the ethylene removal unit 50 ethylene discharged from the vegetables located in air in the container 1 is removed. Hereby, freshness of the vegetables contained in the container 1 is prevented from being deteriorated.</p> |
