PROCESS FOR THE PREPARTION OF HEMORADIC FEVER WITH NEW SYNDROME

摘要

(a) innoculating Seoul virus HR80139 to infant mouse or infant rat brain; (b) proliferating the virus; (c) purifying the obtained virus with 30-40 % methylalcohol and 0.1-0.5 mg/ml protamine sulfate; (d) inactivating the virus by adding formalin to 0.01-0.05 % at 4 deg.C for 10 days or more; (e) adding adjuvant. This vaccine is effective for preventing Hemorrhagic fever of new syndrome by Seoul virus.
