INVERTER CIRCUIT AND ELECTRODELESS DISCHARGE LAMP LIGHTING EQUIPMENT USING THAT INVERTER CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To stop jamming electric waves in a short time and to prevent the breakdown of elements by selecting the output of either a first oscillation device which oscillates at a fixed frequency or a second oscillation device which oscillates at frequencies in accordance with the state of a load and then by supplying the output to the load. CONSTITUTION:This equipment is provided with a crystal oscillator 1 which oscillates at a fixed frequency and a voltage-controlled oscillator(VCO) 2 which oscillates at frequencies in accordance with controlled voltage output from a load condition detecting device 7. Either of the two outputs from the oscillators 1 and 2 is selected by a switch 3 which is switched by a switching controlling section 6 according to a load 5, and then the selected output is transmitted to an amplifier 4. The amplifier 4, having a switching element in it, does a switching operation after receipt of the oscillation output and then it supplies the output to the load 5. A current pick-up section 8 and a voltage pick-up section 9 are installed on a line between the amplifier 4 and the load 5. From the detected current and voltage, the load condition detecting device 7 detects the state of the load.
