POWER FACTOR CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE:To improve the mean power factor of an electric power system and facilitate the integration of demand control of electric power control. CONSTITUTION:A permissible reactive electric energy arithmetic part 2 finds permissible reactive electric energy from used electric energy and a target mean power factor and a power factor control part 1 obtains a capacitor control output by comparing the permissible reactive electric energy with a reactive electric energy measured value. Further, the used electric energy is used for the comparison with a target electric energy by a demand control part 1 and a load power control output is obtained.
