<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to improve the productivity by constituting the device out of a guide roller with a shaft inserted into a hollow cylindrical roller held between one pair of flanges and a supporting member for supporting this guide roller. CONSTITUTION:The guide roller 15 is provided with the shaft 10 to be inserted into the hollow cylindrical roller 3 held between the 1st flange 6 and the 2nd flange 4. A main guide base 2 and a subguide base 7 which are the supporting member are provided with a through hole 17 having a female screw part and a through hole 16 in a position opposite coaxially to the hole 17. Then, a wave washer 5 is pressed to the bottom surface 41 of a groove 19 against energization of the washer 5 by adjusting an adjusting screw 8 to be screw-fitted with the female screw in the hole 17, so that the roller 15 can be adjusted with the supporting member in height. By this method, the guide roller and the supporting member are simplified in structure, and hence the productivity of the guide roller device can thus be improved.</p> |
