WATER-BASED HYDRAULIC FLUID

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the title fluid which has excellent flame retardancy comparable to that of a water/glycol hydraulic fluid and extremely improved suitability for wastewater treatment, specifically coagulation/sedimentation treatment in a wastewater-treatment plant. CONSTITUTION:The fluid comprises 5-30wt.% poly(oxypropylene) glycol monoether obtained by the addition polymerization of propylene oxide with a 3-20C mono- or polyhydric alcohol, the number of the oxide molecular being not less than 4 per hydroxyl group of the alcohol, 5-20wt.% 6-36C fatty acid salt, and 50-90wt.% water.
