<p>PURPOSE:To provide a fluid controller which is miniaturized, economical and has functions of pressure control, pressure compensation and surge pressure suction. CONSTITUTION:A main valve 11 for switching a secondary port to a pump port or a tank port is provided in a main line 1. Electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve 16 and a pilot pressure compensating valve 21 are connected to the pilot chamber of the main valve 11. The secondary side of the main valve 11 is connected to the spring chamber 12 of the main valve 11 through a pilot line 13. The pressure compensation of an electromagnetic proportional throttle valve 7 is performed by the operation of the main valve 11 and the pilot type pressure compensating valve 21, while the pressure control is performed by the operation of the main valve 11 and the electromagnetic proportional pressure reducing valve 16. Then the pressure is guided from the pilot line 13 into the spring chamber 12 of the main valve 11, so as to operate the main valve 11 as a surge pressure suction valve.</p> |
