<p>PURPOSE:To display internal organs on the display surface by extracting them automatically, and to obtain high operability by positioning a cursor on the display surface on which a tomographic image of a display device is displayed, on the internal organs which become an extracted image, and moving it uniformly, evenly and automatically in the whole area of the display surface. CONSTITUTION:By operating a mouse 62 in an input device, a cursor on the display surface on which a tomographic image of a display device 63 is displayed is moved, positioned on internal organs which become an extracted image, and by depressing a switch on the mouse 62, picture element information surrounded by the cursor of a circular shape is fetched, and written in a memory. Subsequently, based on the picture element information, the upper and the lower limit values of luminance information which can determine the internal organs are derived, and stored in the memory. Next, the cursor is moved uniformly, evenly and automatically in the whole area on the display surface by setting a position on the internal organs as a starting point, the picture element information in one area at the tine of this movement is fetched, and that which is between the upper and the lower limit values in these picture element information is stored in the memory, so that the stored picture element information is displayed on a display device 63.</p> |
