<p>PURPOSE:To easily control moisture permeability and water resistance by interposing a mold release material between an embossing roll and an ultrasonic horn with an elastomer film at the roll side, and perforating the film by ultrasonic melting by the horn through the material. CONSTITUTION:A mold release material 4 made of mold release paper, a Teflon sheet, etc., is interposed at the side of an ultrasonic horn 2 and an elastomer film 3 made of composition of ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer rubber and ethylene-vinyl-acetate copolymer is interposed at the side of an embossing roll 1 having surface protrusions 9 between the roll 1 and the horn 2. The material 4 and the film 3 are both moved at the same speed as the rotating speed of the roll 1. Then, the film 3 is perforated by ultrasonic melting by the horn 2 through the material 4.</p> |
