PURPOSE:To minimize secondary pollution generated by treatment of waste with the easing of a load upon a waste disposal yard by preparing coffee bean activated charcoal using used coffee bean, and allowing the charcoal to stick to the half-molten formed styrol of waste to prepare a contact material for water treatment. CONSTITUTION:Foamed styrol 2 on the surface of waste becomes fused by allowing the foamed styrol to become half molten. Then coffee bean activated charcoal 1 obtained by activating used coffee bean of the waste at a temperature range from 700 to 900 deg.C, is allowed to stick to the fused foamed styrol. Consequently, the fused foamed styrol acts as a binder penetrating evenly into the coffee bean activated charcoal 1 and binds the coffee bean activated charcoal 1 to the foamed styrol 2. The unfused internal foamed styrol 2 functions as a core of a molded product and becomes cured into a cube, an ellipse or a mass by cooling. Thus it is possible to obtain a contact material for water treatment without impairing the intrinsic physical adsorption effects of the coffee bean activated charcoal 1.
|
