PURPOSE: To improve the performance of a suspension and the method for manufacturing the suspension by injecting a particle suspension having specified size or less obtained by continuously centrifugal-separation of a mother suspension to fine alluvial soil, a porous substance such as concrete and a cracked surface. CONSTITUTION: A centrifugal separator 1 is supplied with a mother suspension 4 comprising the water suspension of fine cement or the like in the presence of a deflocculating agent such as naphthalenesulfonate, a melamine resin or the like. The separator 1 is operated continuously by the desired number of revolution, slurry 7 suspended by particles having size smaller than specified size is formed, and injected into soil 5 or the like. The suspension having particles larger than required maximum diameter is discharged as a concentrated waste liquid 6, and the liquid is dried and solidified in a short time by leaving the liquid as it is, and used for disposal or other application. Accordingly, the desired suspension can be manufactured efficiently while the flucculation of a material to be disposed is changed and the resistant force of the material can be improved, and the waste liquid can be disposed easily. |
