<p>PURPOSE:To attain suitable application for color filter excellent in heat resistance, resolving property, durability, light resistance, resistance to chemicals by constituting the photosensitive resin composition capable of being developed by dil. alkallin aq. soln. with the UV-setting resin which is obtained by reacting the reacted product between specified compd. and unsatd. mono carboxylic acid with satd. or unsatd. multibasic acid anhydride, a photo-polymerization initiator, a diluent and a colorant. CONSTITUTION:The composition is composed of the UV-setting resin which is obtained by treating the reacted product between the compd. expressed by the formula and unsatd. mono carboxylic acid with satd. or unsatd. multibasic acid anhydride, or by treating the reacted product between the compd. expressed by the formula and unsatd. mono carboxylic acid with isocyanate compd. having at least two isocyanate group in a molecule such as isophorone isocyanate and satd. or unsatd. multibasic acid anhydride, a photo-polymerization initiator, a diluent and a colorant. In the formula, R is the org. compd. residual group having (k) active hydrogens, n1, n2...nk is 0 or integer 1-5 and its sum is 1-50.</p> |
