<p>PURPOSE:To reduce unevenness or display and domains at the time of application to a liq. crystal display panel, etc., and to enhance productivity. CONSTITUTION:The top of a transparent substrate 2 is coated with an electric conductive transparent film 21, this film 21 is selectively removed to form an electric conductive film pattern 22 with many through holes 23 for forming picture elements and a metal layer 24 is laminated on the pattern 22 in a prescribed thickness to form a light shielding layer 25. This layer 25 is coated with a photosensitive colored resin layer 14 filling at least the through holes for forming picture elements in the layer 25, the colored resin layer 14 is repeatedly exposed every color through a mask 26 with a prescribed light shielding pattern 27 opposed to the bottom of the substrate 2 and the exposed colored resin layer 14 is repeatedly developed every color to form picture elements 4R, 4G, 4B of colored resins in the through holes in the light shielding layer 25.</p> |
