<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the data transmission time by presuming occurrence of disturbance to a radio wave at the same time when any error is detected from received data and presuming the data having been sent at the same time already to be in error so as to send data again before a data re-transmission request is received. CONSTITUTION:When dummy data received has an error through a notice from an R packet decomposition circuit 4, a control circuit 5 informs it to a T packet processing circuit 3 that an data error takes place and informs the presence of data error and its packet number to the T packet processing circuit 3 when the data are not dummy data. Then the control circuit 5 informs a re-transmission request to a control circuit 15 and also sends a signal for requesting re-transmission to the T packet processing circuit 3 as its control when the normal data arrival is not confirmed within a predetermined time. Upon the receipt of a notice indicating occurrence of an error in the data received from the control circuit 5, the T packet processing circuit 3 calculates a time when the received data are a radio signal, extracts a packet sent at that time from a T packet storage circuit 7 when the packet sent at that time is not dummy data and sends the data again via a TRX (transmitter-receiver circuit) 6.</p> |
