<p>PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor device discharging the function of fluctuating the power supply voltage externally fed to lead frames outside a semiconductor circuit element. CONSTITUTION:Lead frames 5, 6 are connected through the intermediary of a resistor element 11 (resistance R1) while lead frames 6, 5' are connected through the intermediary of another resistor element 12 (resistance R2). Next, the high and low potential power supplys VDD and VSS fed to the title semiconductor device are respectively fed to the lead frames 5 and 5' further to a bonding pad 8 through the intermediary of a bonding wire 3. Through these procedures, a voltage declining circuit can be eliminated in a semiconductor circuit element thereby enabling the increase in the space of the semiconductor element circuit to be avoided.</p> |
