PURPOSE:To surely and uniformly wind a wire on a deflection yoke by feeding the wire by means of a nozzle, and causing the wire to be removably held and guided on a predetermined course by a guide means. CONSTITUTION:As a wire W is fed by the nozzle 38 of a feed means 30, the nozzle 38 is moved inside and outside a deflection yoke H along a first direction Z parallel to the axis of the deflection yoke H and along a second direction Z perpendicular to the first direction Z. The wire W fed is removably held by the holding portion of a guide means 50 for the wire W. The holding portion is moved in the first direction Z parallel to the axis of the deflection yoke H and in the second direction X perpendicular to the first direction Z and is divided by rotation of the deflection yoke H. The wire W is therefore guided by the holding portion to a first 20 and second 24 circumferential groove and wound to a winding portion formed between the first and second circumferential grooves 20, 24. |
