PURPOSE:To obtain the circular arc generating device for generating a circular arc of high accuracy without deteriorating a generation speed of the circular arc. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a start point coordinate calculating part 103 and an end point coordinate calculating part 104 for calculating a coordinate of a start point/an end point, basing on an angle made by a segment between a start point/an end point of a circular arc and a center point of the circular arc, and a reference line for passing through the center point of the circular arc, and the coordinates of the start point and the end point being the points of both ends of the circular arc are not subjected to approximate calculation but adopted as they are at the time of generating the circular arc, thereby, generation of the circular arc of high accuracy is realized without deteriorating the performance of a circular arc generation speed. |
