PURPOSE: To prevent the defect of copy quality from being caused by preventing excessive oil from being stored in the end part of a measuring roll. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a cylindrical measuring roll 10 supported so as to be rotated around a center vertical shaft 12, a blade 11 arranged along the vertical shaft, a means for supporting the blade so as to bring the edge of the blade 11 into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the measuring roll 10, a sealing means supported to the end part of the measuring roll 10 for preventing the excessive lubricating oil from being stored in the end part of the measuring roll 10 and the means for supporting the sealing means to the end part of the measuring roll 10. |
