PURPOSE:To enable precise printing of conductive patterns and precise laminating and to prevent the breaking of through hole parts, occurrence of missing through holes, etc., by preventing the shear generation in printing and in laminating owing to burrs, etc., of a carrier film. CONSTITUTION:A green sheet 21 is attracted onto the attraction surface of the attraction block 13 of a cutter attraction head 11. And in the condition, processes of cutting the green sheet 21, exfoliating a carrier film, boring through holes 27 in the green sheet 21, printing conductor patterns on the green sheet 21, and laminating the green sheet 21, are executed in order. The printing process of the conductor patterns on the green sheet 21 is executed with the cutter attraction head 11 reversed temporarily. |
