PRODUCTION OF VAPOR-DEPOSITED FILM LAMINATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a vapor-deposited film laminate having a vapor-deposited membrane of metal oxide not deteriorated in gas barrier properties even after a polyethylene resin layer is laminated by an extrusion lamination method. CONSTITUTION:A membrane with a thickness of 300-3000Angstrom of metal oxide such as magnesium oxide, silicon oxide or aluminum oxide is provided on at least the single surface of a transparent plastic film and a polyethylene resin layer with a thickness of 10-20mum is provided on the membrane by an extrusion lamination method. Since the polyethylene resin layer is as thin as 10-20mum though provided by the extrusion lamination method, the strain generated in the vapor-deposited membrane due to tension or thermal shrinkage at the time of the formation of the resin layer is minute and the deterioration of gas barrier properties of the obtained laminate is not caused.
