<p>PURPOSE:To easily utilize building waste materials, the other industrial wastes or the like as concrete secondary products by making the front part of ready- mixed concrete, the central part of regenerated resources mixed with a small amount of cement and a special hardening agent or the like, and the rear part of mortar finishing. CONSTITUTION:In order to make only the front part 1 of ready-mixed concrete conforming to the JIS standard, first, ready-mixed concrete is placed as much as 10cm in thickness and vibration is applied. Next, as the central part 2, regenerated resources mixed with water, a small amount of cement, and a special hardening agent or the like are kneaded and poured, and further vibration is applied, and as occasion arises, a pressure is applied. Then, a small quantity of mortar is poured in the rear part 3, and after finished with a trowel or the like, it is hardened. Thus, a concrete block which is apparently quite the same as the ordinary concrete block, not less in waterproofing and weatherproofing, and which has no possibility that the regenerated resources having been completely closed would leak out can be obtained.</p> |
