Reflection faces (12,13,14) are formed on strips (3) by grinding in two orthogonally intersecting directions (1,2). During mfr. the grinding direction follows the strip extension. Pref. each three reflecting faces of the triple reflector are formed by aligning transversely profiled strips, w.r.t. the motion direction, such that a cube-like pattern is formed. In longitudinal section, the strips in longitudinal section of an alignment correspond to hexagons (10), each with a common side (11) with a following one. The reflecting faces may form a cube-like structure, with following cubes standing on their tips. USE/ADVANTAGE - For reflecting sheets, strips, or foils, with a facility for mfg. economically reflecting microstructures.
