<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a formed body excellent in dispersibility to hydraulic inorganic substances and having high strength and toughness by including a cellulose fiber having a fluorine-based compound attached to the surface. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine-based compound (e.g. polytetrafluoro-polymer) used as an aqueous suspension is impregnated into a cellulose fiber (e.g. wooden pulp) by a spray method or a dipping method and excess water is dehydrated. The attached amount of fluorine-based compound is 0.1-30wt.% based on the dried cellulose. 0.3-3 pts.wt. cellulose fiber is added to 100 pts.wt. hydraulic inorganic substance containing a calcareous raw material and siliceous raw material in a ratio of (0.5-1.2):1. Furthermore, as a reinforcing material other than cellulose fiber, an inorganic fiber (e.g. glass fiber) substituted for asbestos, an organic synthetic fiber, a fibrous powder (e.g. wallastonite) are added in an amount of 1-30 pts.wt. based on the hydraulic inorganic substance.</p> |
