<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a carrier for cell culture having excellent cell adhesiveness and cell multiplying properties during culture and multiplication, substantially making protein not adsorb on the carrier, having excellent chemical stability. CONSTITUTION:This carrier for cell culture contains an alkylene group and /or an alkylmonocarboxylic acid group chemically bonded through carbonyl group at least at part of the surface of a polymer base. A dicarboxylic acid of the general formula HO2C(CH2)nCO2H ((n) is 4-16 integer) is bonded to the polymer base to give the objective carrier for cell culture.</p> |
