<p>PURPOSE:To provide a display device which can be easily operated in the natural feeling by securing a constitution where the parts touched by the user's fingers are movable through a driving part. CONSTITUTION:A driving part consists of a piezoelectric element 12 which has a high response speed to the drive signal received from a drive signal generating part and has a small displaced variable. In this respect, a continuous waveform like a sine wave, etc., can be applied to the signal of the drive signal generating part. Thus a movable part 7 vibrates together with a pressed position detecting part 6a touched by a user's finger and has a tactile response. In other words, the tactile response caused by the vibration is transmitted to the user's finger touching the part 6a as long as the position pressed by the user is proper. In such a constitution, the tactile response is secured by the element 12 and therefore a response showing a fact that a proper position is pressed can be recognized by a fact that the part 6a pressed by the finger is vibrating. Thus the handling facilitation of a display device is improved by the more assured response information.</p> |
