<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the high-speed operation of a semiconductor integrated circuit and to provide an out-put signal capable of expanding the function using the semiconductor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:In this circuit, output state displaying signals 21a, 21b, 21c indicating the output state of data outputted from DOUTH2a, DOUTL2b to respective terminals are formed. The state that those signals are all activated is detected with an access available signal generating circuit 30. A access available signal 300 is outputted as an external part signal and the integrated circuit transmits to a system side that the circuit is available to read-in data just after this output.</p> |
