PURPOSE:To provide the subject panel without using CCl3F, improved in the adhesiveness of the polyurethane foam to surface plates along with fine, uniform cells in the foam leading to high thermal insulation. CONSTITUTION:A space S formed by two metallic surface plates 1 and a frame 2 is injected with an expandable urethane stock liquor to effect expansion to produce the objective thermal insulating panel. In this method, the stock liquor contains >=3wt.% of CH3CCl2F, and the temperature of the surface plates is set at 30-50 deg.C. |
