PURPOSE:To fix the load by totalizing and editing the specific functions among those functions of a system and the specific information among those information included in the system for each user terminal. CONSTITUTION:When the information pointed to a host machine 5 to be used is transmitted from a system user terminal 1 via a circuit 7, the same information is also sent to a terminal using state acquiring file connected to the terminal 1. The information given to the system to be used includes the function and the information of the system. These information are totalized and edited into a totalizing/editing file 6 through the machine 5 by a time schedule function. Thus a business form is delivered. Then the daily information are collected in the files prepared for each terminal. Meanwhile the system collects the daily information from those files prepared for each terminal via a circuit in a period when the system is not working for each day, week, month, term and year respectively. Then each kind of information is totalized and edited and then supplied together with the name of the used terminal. |
