MENU SYSTEM FOR INFORMATION PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a menu system for an information processor such as a CAD device for LSI design use. CONSTITUTION:The hierarchy structure of plural objects having respectively circuit data is expressed by a relation between a window 600 on a menu picture 660 and graphic blocks 601 to 603 on the window 600. In order to express the multiplex hierarchical structure of the objects, one of the graphic blocks 601 to 603 (601, e.g.) on the window 600 is furthermore expressed by another window 610 and the groups of graphic blocks 611 to 614 are arranged on another window 610. A user selects a processing objective object through the use of a mouse 650 on the menu picture 660 expressing a floor plan.
