PRODUCTION OF SECONDARY CONCRETE PRODUCT BY USE OF HIGHLY FLUID INSEPARABLE CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To obtain a neatly finished concrete surface, by assembling reinforcing rods in a form and placing highly fluid and inseparable concrete therein and vibrating the reinforcing rods by a vibrator. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing rods 2 are assembled in a form 1 provided with the shape of a concrete secondary product at the inner face. A plurality of vibrators 4 are attached to the reinforcing rods 2. Highly fluid and inseparable concrete 6 is placed from a plurality of chutes 5 into the form 1 and the vibrators 4 are actuated to vibrate the reinforcing rods 2. In this way, air bubble traces are not left on the surface of concrete product. And hence, a neat product can be obtained.
