PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a fuel cell easily on a vehicle by draining condensed water, which is produced from the fuel cell, from the lower part of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This fuel cell has such characteristics that a discharge port 21 is installed at the lowest part of a fuel cell stack, and a drain valve 6 is installed at the discharge port via a primary outlet 211 and a channel 5, and a float 61, by which a secondary outlet 62 installed in the lower part of the drain valve 6 is opened or closed, is installed in the drain valve 6, and a float under surface of the float 61 is installed at a level lower than the opening position of the primary outlet 211 of the discharge port 210 and also the drain valve 6 is installed near a wheel 4 of a vehicle. |
