<p>PURPOSE: To preset a cutting register of a rotary press which can reduce the setting and regulating time of the rotary press and the occurrence of defective products and can improve the operating accuracy, by regulating with a control device the phase between the signals of a first scanning device and the signals of a second scanning device to a fixed value. CONSTITUTION: When a first printed image goes out of a printing nip 8, a printed image from the range of the groove 18 of a rubber impression cylinder 4 is detected by an image sensor 9 and led into a circuit device 15. Image data corresponding to the image pattern in the range of the groove 18 is generated and stored in the circuit device 15 with angle signalsρ1 from a rotational position transmitter 7. The first printed image and all of the subsequent printed images are detected again by an image sensor 14 and led into a control device 10. Then, image data from both image sensors 9, 14 are associated with each other to obtain an angle differenceΔρincluding a cutting position from the center of the groove. The angle difference is led into a drive regulator 16.</p> |
