<p>PURPOSE:To extensively spread and expand windmill power generation by providing a windmill blade effectively extracting the wind energy with a simple device in order to contribute to energy resource development. CONSTITUTION:The body of a windmill blade 1 is formed into a rocket shape constituted of a body 2 and a tail fin 4, the tail fin 4 is supported on the body 2 by a front rotary shaft 4B and an elastic body 4A provided at the rear, it is formed nearly into the caudal fin shape of a fish and fitted with canvas 3, and the windmill blades 1 with a movable tail fin generating lift are fixedly fitted to wing struts 5.
