PURPOSE: To provide development of coolant recovering system for decreasing coolant loss and reducing pollution by coolant, and of heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: A coolant recovering system has a heat exchanger 1, a collecting vessel 3, circulating means (compressor), cooling means 7, filtering means 9, purifier 11, recovered material vessel 13 and a reserving tank 15. The heat exchanger has a passageway for passing a fiber, an inlet for introducing the coolant in the passageway and an outlet for recovering the coolant from the passageway. The coolant is delivered by passing through a conduit 17 circulating from the inlet to the passageway of the heat exchanger, and flows to outlet through a recovering conduit 20. The recovering conduit has detecting/ communicating means 22 for detection/communication of a flow rate of the coolant, impurity concn. and pressure, and control means 21 for controlling the flow of the coolant based on the detected/communicated value, and the infiltration of air or other gases into the heat exchanger is restricted by the means. |
