<p>PURPOSE:To provide the positively chargeable developer capable of forming a high-density fog-free image without melting the developer on the photosensitive body and the image forming method using this developer. CONSTITUTION:This developer comprises at least a thermoplastic positively chargeable silicone resin having a glass transition point (Tg) of 40-90 deg.C and a binder resin and a colorant and this silicone resin is characterized by having at least one kind of substituent (A) selected from optionally modified alkyl or such aryl groups, at least one kind of substituent (B) selected from optionally modified phenyl groups, and at least one kind of substituent (C) selected from N-containing organic groups, such amino or imino groups. The image forming method is also characterized by using this positively chargeable developer.</p> |
