<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the insertion efficiently by storing a sponge pig, a water absorption material and a water shut-off silicone pig as a single combined part, connecting the part with an end opening of a feed tube after inserting a resin, introducing the same into the pipe and transferring the resin. CONSTITUTION:In a pig introducing device for the inner-pipe face lining repair method, a sponge 4 for moving a resin A not to remain in the feed pipe 2, a water absorbing material 5 provided with the required water absorption capacity and a water shut-off silicone pig are inserted and disposed on the rear section of a resin plug introduced from an end opening of the feed pipe 2 as a single combined part stored in a cassette case 21 having the inner diameter almost same as the inner diameter of the feed pipe 2. The cassette case 21 is connected with the end opening of the feed pipe 2 after inserting the resin A, and a water feed hose 8 for feeding water from a water feed pump 7 is connected with the other end of the cassette case 21, and the sponge pig 4, the water absorbing material 5 and the water shut-off silicone pig 6 are introduced in series into the pipe 2 by the hydraulic pressure to transfer the resin A.</p> |
