<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate and secure execution by temporarily fixing the end part of the last pipe already executed in lifted condition, installing a shape memory alloy joint after installation of a stopper to the end part, and inserting and fastening the following pipe. CONSTITUTION:The end part of the last pipe 22, which is the last one among executed pipes, is pushed up by a spacer 4, and is temporarily fixed at the fixed height from the bottom of a piping groove 1. Then, a stopper 5 is installed in the end part of the pipe 22 by its clamp part 51 and a shape memory alloy pipe joint 32 is installed till it butts into the stopper 5. A pipe 23 to be connected to the joint 32 is supported so as to match the inclination of the pipe 22 and the pipe joint 32 by a pedestal 6, and is slidingly moved to be connected to the pipe joint 32, and then the pipe joint 32 part is heated so as to be fastened by deformation of a shape memory alloy. After fastening, the spacer 4 and the pedestal 6 are removed so that piping is set in a normal position.</p> |
