The device includes a casing (1) composed of an axially running pliable rail (2), from opposite sides of which emerge rib-bone shaped sprung arms (3) which form the tubular casing and with free ends being capable of being prised apart permitting the casing to be applied from the side on to the electrical cable (4). The rail (2) with its one end is provided with a sprung point (5), suitable for snap engagement in a hole (8) on the connecting unit (7) for locking the connecting protection to the unit (7). - The rail (2) is provided with a loop (8) for suspension of the electrical cable (4) with the connecting unit (7). The rail (2) narrows in the direction from the sprung point (5). |
