<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of constituent members and facilitate the assembly work by erecting a holding member for a permanent magnet assembly, a stopper pin for an arm, and a pole for an upper yoke on a substrate, and molding these constituent member integrally with thermoplastic resin material. CONSTITUTION:A pole 2, a stopper member 8, a stopper pin 17, and a holding member 11, which holds a permanent magnet 13, are provided, as a housing, on the surface of a substrate 10. Next, using a mold for injection molding, heated and fused substance of resin is injected into this, and after hardening by cooling, it is taken out. Moreover, the permanent magnet assembly 13 is constituted by forming a permanent magnet 3 in plate shape and magnetizing it in thickness direction, and then a lower yoke 16 is sucked with the rear. On the other hand, an upper yoke 14 is made in a plate shape, and it is provided, at the end, with a mounting hole 15. A stopper ring 18 is set on a stopper pin 17, and the upper yoke 14 is placed on the pole 14 of the substrate 10 which has a permanent magnet 13 within the holding member 11, and it is fixed with a stop screw 12.</p> |
