<p>PURPOSE:To obtain capsuled resin particles excellent in fluidity and charge stability and good in resistances to blocking and environmental degradation by mixing and stirring, by a wet method, beads with mother resin particles having fine resin particles uniformly fixed thereto and thereby applying stress to the fine particles. CONSTITUTION:The particles are obtd. by uniformly fixing fine resin particles to mother resin particles and mixing and stirring the mother particles with beads by a wet method to apply stress to the fine particles and to thereby form a filmlike outer layer on the surface of the mother particle. The beads pref. have a specific gravity of 1.5-10.0, are spherical, and are made of a relatively hard material such as glass, ferrite, zirconia, or steel; the specific gravity higher than 10.0 makes stirring on a bead mill difficult, and that lower than 1.5 causes low stress during stirring, making the melting and film formation of the fine particles difficult.</p> |
