<p>PURPOSE:To enhance corrosion resistance by letting the whole length of the joined metallic body of different kinds, which is exposed to the side of atmosphere, be coated with wear resistant coating composed of thermal hardening resin as base material, and is then baked so as to be shielded in the different kind metal, composite rigid trolley where a good conductive member and a wear resistant band member are integrally welded with pressure. CONSTITUTION:An Al-SUB rigid trolley is the joined metallic body of different kinds where a SUS plate 1 which is used for the sliding surface of the current collecting pantagraph of a rolling stock, and an Al strip 2 which is used as a main body to magnify current energizing capacity, are integrally welded with pressure. In this case, the whole length of the joined line 5 of different kind metals, which is exposed to the side of atmosphere, is coated with wear resistant coating 6 so as to be baked, so that the exposed section is thereby shielded. By this constitution, the joined line 5 is protected from atmospheric environment, and the joined line 5 is prevented from being corroded, so that corrosion resistance is thereby enhanced.</p> |
