CONSTITUTION:A method for removing a runner branch 16 in a tape carrier package in which a semiconductor chip mounted on a TAB tape 10 is formed by resin molding comprises a process in which the TAB tape 10 is stripped of the runner branch 16 by being folded to the branch and a process in which the runner branch 16 is folded to a package part 12 at a gate part 18 for degating. |
