PURPOSE:To provide a mold assembly capable of efficiently producing a product, in which a skin material is superposed and unified up to the wood end face of a synthetic-resin molding core material simultaneously with the molding of the core material and is not shrunk even after molding, having a simple structure and being used for manufacturing a skin integral laminate. CONSTITUTION:The lower end of a female mold 1 being detachably opposed to a male mold 2 and forming a cavity 21, in which a peripheral end is shaped in an end-section opening 20 between both moldes, is formed in a notched section 11, in which a downward spread taper guide surface 13 is continued to a plate- mold receiving surface 21 continued to the cavity, and a plate mold 4 having a projecting section 5 for forming a wood end surface and closing the end- section opening is arranged slidably to the notched section 11 along the taper guide surface 13. A freely vertically movable receiving frame 3a is disposed to the lower section of the plate mold 4 at the same time, and the clamp mechanism 3 of the terminal of a skin material is constituted of the plate mold 4 and the receiving frame 3a. |
