PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber kneaded compd. having sufficient carbon dispersibility and proper Mooney viscosity without repeating a first kneading process. CONSTITUTION:In a first kneading process kneading a compounding agent other than a vulcanizing agent with raw material rubber, 3-50 pts.wt. of a fire retardant or non-combustible substance high in the latent heat of evaporation, having a b.p. of about 130 deg.C or less and liquid at the normal temp. is compounded with 100 pts.wt. of raw material rubber. |
