<p>PURPOSE:To supervise abnormality of an output reduction rate by setting a time for reaching a stator winding endurable value from a generator measured current, that is, a minimum value of the output reduction rate at the time of starting output reducing operation by a control value setting function, so as to reduce duty of a driving machine in the output reducing operation. CONSTITUTION:During operation of a generator 1, when arbitrary two of three pressure switches 4, set up in a cooling water inlet part 3 of a stator winding 2, are actuated by a low pressure or when arbitrary two of three temperature switches 6, set up in a cooling water outlet part 5, are actuated by a high temperature, output reducing operation of the generator is started. An arithmetic device 11 comprises an output reduction rate setting arithmetic part, output reduction supervisory arithmetic part and a protection arithmetic part. From a stator winding endurable value at the time of no cooling water and a permissible maximum continuous current value at the time of no cooling water, in a memory 12, and from a generator current value at the time of starting the output reducing operation, an output reduction rate is calculated to be set, to feed the preset value to a control unit 14 of a turbine from an interface 10.</p> |
