PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank unit having high heat insulation performance, high unit strength, and a waterproof structure for a foam insulation material.SOLUTION: The object is attained by a tank unit that includes: a tank for storing therein water; a box accommodating therein the tank; a foam insulation material provided between the box and the tank; a hole formed in the box and opening to the foam insulation material without being shielded; and prevention means preventing the hole from being directly exposed to rainwater. Furthermore, the object is attained by a hot water supply system that includes a heating unit heating refrigerant by a refrigeration cycle, the heating unit including heat exchange means for implementing heat exchange between the water and the refrigerant. |
