The invention relates to an electric table grilling apparatus with integrated ecological griddle or which is formed from grilling bars arranged at a distance from one another and fat-collecting channels located in between. The aim of the invention is to make available such an electric table grilling apparatus with integrated ecological griddle or the ecological grid iron for ecological and healthy grilling. To this end, the griddle or grid iron is formed and embedded in one piece and in a manner integrating into the heating bars of the electric table grill in such a way that on each grilling bar at least one fat drip edge is provided and is arranged in such a way that the fat drips between the heating bars into a fat-collecting channel or into a fat drip pan and not onto the heating bars. <IMAGE>
