PURPOSE:To simplify structure and parking brake operation by providing a brake pedal with an auxiliary operation mechanism, which switches a lock device and a neutral lock mechanism to a lock operation side by a different operation from a pedal pressing operation of a foot put on the pedal face of a brake pedal. CONSTITUTION:When a parking brake is applied, a shift operation pedal 10 is released from being stepped on so as to set the pedal 10 into a neutral state and step on a brake pedal 11. The tip of a toe stepping on a pedal operation face 25 while keeping the brake in operating posture, performs rocking operation in such a way as pushing down the upper end of a control stick forward. The cam member 28 of a control stick presses downward the upper edge 29a of a lock fitting 29 which is elastically energized upward by a winding spring 33 so that a lock part of the lock fitting 29 and a lock click 30 are locked each other thereby and a lock recessed part 29c of the lock fitting 29 sandwichingly holds a pin 32 with its front and back position regulated. |
